Need some help with this one

There is this girl at work that has been real interested in me. She keeps asking to come up and hang out but I've been playing hard to get and keep saying I'm busy (although I genuinly have been busy, but I probably could have made time). Anyways, I was thinking about asking her over this weekend, but I'm wondering if maybe the "tension" would be gone once I do so? Just typing this out I realize I'm overanalyzing this, but how would you guys go about it. Should I text her the day of or a few days before as well?

Yeah, you "should" be busy on weekends, but be careful...you've already blown her off a couple of times...you need to be hard to get but not IMPOSSIBLE to get. Call her up and have a specific plan in mind, invite her, and have a blast.
