I've only been lifting a year now. I did 1.3-1.5 for 2-3 months, and i was progressing very slowly.

I've only bulked about 4 months following EFFORT's and WBA's advice. I saw huge results and i've gotten quite strong in a short amount of time. I know MM with all your amazing knowledge and experience...oh wait, you've only lifted a year too. HA

I don't think you can debunk IA, Doggcrapp, EFFORT, WBA, and a slew of others. They all recommend a ton of protein to see the biggest gains.

And try following WBA's advice for gaining muscle/strength while losing fat, it's in the Vault. But i doubt you know where that is.

...Good luck Oakraiderz2

Well just under 1.5 years, but yes. But that's the best part, why on earth would I want to have trained for 3 years solid only to look like a regular guy on the street anyway? The longer you have trained the better your physique/strength/advice needs to be to back up your time in the gym.

As for gaining muscle/strength whilse losing fat, nobody lays down substantial mass in a given period of time by chasing two goals. Big guys don't get big off gaining muscle whilst losing fat. If you're wanting a lean, athletic Bradd-esque look then yes, this method can get you there. If you want to add lots of mass then eat big and clean, bulk for a long period of time then cut for 2-3 months.

BTW, if those people you quoted are so great and have so much experience, then I want to see their pics. I take it they've been gymming for much longer than both you and I, so I expect them to be built and ripped either now or at some stage. Where are their pics?

I have no idea where you started from weight wise. Care to tell?

Obviously not, its not the fastest way, i never said it was. But it gets you leaner as you bulk. So you eliminate the time wasted when cutting, and still make some gains in the gym. And when your happy you get back to 'clean bulking'.

You go find the pics. Why should I? Where do you get all your info from? And if we went by your ideas, we would all need pics to back up what we say. I've seen their training work not only on me but others.

***Lets get back to helping oakraiderz2 MM, we can argue over 1.5-2 grams of protein some other time. So oak, go somewhere between there, and if you don't see results up it up imo, it helped me. Nothing wrong with whey + water + raw eggs. Its easy and it will save you cash and from eating a million meals a day. I don't have the patience to cook six times a day. 4 is enough for me. Your choice
