Thanks to the people who had decent replies.

and yeah i decided to just give her the bond and move on with my life, take it as an experiance and learn from the mistakes.

Truthfully I'd just give her the bond and not try to talk her into a relationship with you. You had a chance to get her before you lost the weight, but you messed up when you started acting like it was mistake you liked her. The reason she moved out was because she didn't know if you were a potential lover or a friend. It's best to just leave her alone, take it as a loss, and date around.
