You might as well have done it. If your girl finds out what happened, she's going to have a hard time believing that you "woke up to find her (hotter) roomate sucking your dlck and you stopped her" That's not exactly the most believable story.

Edit: A more serious answer; it depends on what you want. But if the relationship you're in now, is so shallow that it's almost worth losing simply to have sex with a girl, then I doubt it's deep enough to endure any significant length of time.

But that is the thing, do I tell my girl? I wouldn't, just not to stir trouble, but I am afraid that this girl may pull some scandelous **** and tell my girl I was hiting on her just because she is pissed I shot her down.
