Need help with my (HB) girl

Hi DJ's, hope your all going well!,

recently i've noticed that i can't go 2 mins without AFC's approaching my girl even while i'm with her!, let me explain an example...

Saturday night i went to a pretty busy bar with her and while we we're having fun/making out/cracking jokes i got up to goto the toilet and when i returned 2 mins later, she had 2 lads around her chatting her up, i didn't take this good inside but on the outside (as we DJ's are) i acted cool and even struck up conversations with these guys while telling them, in a way, she's my girl and we want to be alone but they stayed around for about 30 mins interfering with us until they went away and then we got on with our 'business' ;-)

my main question is how do i keep cool with this because this is beginning to start to irritate me as she also got asked out 5 times this weekend WITHOUT me being there, i can expect this because she is hot but what usually do you DJ's with HB's do to try to keep cool?

also, i don't know if this is a compliment or not, but she said that i'm a very laid back guy who she finds very hard to know what i'm thinking, is this the DJ way??

I'm sorry there Stevey, but if these guys are hanging around talking to you for 30 minutes - well thats a liitle AFC'ish isn't it?

My ex was hot - and she certainly go a lot of attention from the guys. The good part was that she never played off of this - she wasn't an attention hore. In fact, if she felt she was in an uncomfortable situation (being hit on) she'd usually back out of there pretty fast.

Some chicks don't realize what's happening - especially if you GF is younger. They don't relaize that guys generally want 1 thing - and thats to get into their pants. They my even be so nieve to think that these guys just wanted to talk to her. Wrong.

When something like this happens to me (and it actually did last Friday - I opened the door at a bar and began hitting on a group of girls - when I got my foot in the door, I called 2 of my friends over. After I went to the restroom, I came back and this older (late 30's) guy was talking to one of the girls I was working on. She looked at me when I came back and motioned to this guy with her eyes. I calmly walked up said hi, talked for about 3 minutes, then said to him - well it was nice meeting you, I hope you have a good night. If that doesn't pass the message across, nothing will.

Now letting them there talking to your Girl for 30 minutes that was AFC..you need to show your women at one point or another you are a Man and this fvckers are not going to mack to her infront of you the whole night,,because they are disrespecting you..its ok if you see them from far away and you are not there..even ok if the guy trys to be a smart ass and wants you to react so he just doest it for one minute..but does AFCs were disrespecting you...

Next time you see the conversation going and going...tell your girl hey lets get some fresh air or get some drinks or invite her to dance...avoid the figth unless they disrespect you by ...touching you or anything you think a no response might make you see as a wuzz.....if she says no...lol well she is a slut....


Nevertheless congrats on keeping your cool ..dont let the other thing happen again and is ok if you get piss inside....if you like the girl alot to 99 percent man this will happen but on another note be rational and realize this...


How did your girl reacted to the attention this other guys were bringing.?
was she smiling back and forth ?
Maybe some flirting?

I am tough on ladies and if this had happened to me i would had seen her reactions and see what do i have next to me..a descent HB or slut HB. a decent woman wont let other guys talk to her in a bar infront of you by making the point across that she is not enjoying the situation.

Peronally i believe you shouldnt even get pissed of because your girl is not worth your anger..Those guys stayed there for 30 minutes because your HB was giving hints...and trust me that NEWMAN IS ABSOLUTELTY WRONG by thinking younger girls dont know the guys are there to get into her pants ..man after 14 all girls now this fact they might act like if they dont but trust me they do...I know she is older than 14 and i also know she is not wife material so take it for what it is ..a NICE FVCK..no need to get jealous over her.....or pissed at other AFCs but never let her nor AFC's disrespect you as a MAN.

1. Your girl must like attention. But she is being disrespectful by allowing this shyt to happen.
2. It's good other men think she's hot, but they must think your a punk to wait until you went to the bathroom to try to chat up your girl.

Use it as a confidence builder: "Hey, I'm such an awesome DJ, I got a girl so hot guys hit on her despite my presence!"

It's quite possible that she was, intentionally or accidentally, giving the 2 AFCs signs of encouragement, but it's also possible that she wasn't, and they were just being stupid. Considering the number of stupid AFCs out there, the second possibility wouldn't surprise me...

I would, however, keep a close eye on her behavior in social settings - and if she flirts w/ other guys despite your presence, dump her a$$.

Newman - When i said they we're talking for 30 minutes to my girl, i actually meant we we're having a 'group discussion', as in me talking about football with these guys and my girl holding back and contributing every so often, i'm a pretty chatty person and will talk to anyone,

my girl also aint a slut, she was chatting but when i returned she gave me the 'get these dosy tossers away from me' sort of look but i started chatting to em...they had about 15 mates on the next table so i wasn't going to start any violence, i wouldn't have fancied my chances ;-)

You got to be straight up bond in this situation.

If i was in your situation i would have been polite and cool at first. Then after about 1 minute i would be like "Listen guys, as you can see me and the lady here are having a great time so i suggest you be on your way before you overstay your welcome"

You must say this very smooth, however make sure you articulate every word and you need to have a dangerous edge in your voice. As you stare them in the eye make sure your brain is thinking "If you dont leave i will slice your throat with a serrated blade" this will give your eyes a murderous gleam.

Your relationship will be good as long as you give your gf respect, affection and romance. As long as you do that as a DJ, there is nothing for you to worry about with the relationship.

Now for your reaction to these AFC, realize that THEY ARE AFCs!!! They don't know any better and they can not compete with a DJ, laugh them off.

I know that it can make you feel as if they are disrespectful to you but you have to be a bigger man than they are. Take it from a guy who's gf is pretty well known around the world in the sport or amateur cycling. I feel your pain but you can overcome it.

Nice job on keeping your cool. Your girl sounds like she can handle it. Interesting question--in this situation, how do you get some privacy? It sounds similar to what celebrities go through in public (although they want it mostly, but not everytime they step out.)

I don't have an answer--although I wonder about something---I saw a documentary of sorts about Marilyn Monroe. Lee Strassbourg's daughter (forget her name, maybe it was Lee, too) was a good friend of MM's in NY. She related how they had spent the day shopping in NY and weren't bothered or approached by anyone. On the way home, MM said to Strassbourg (sp?)

"Want to see me bring her out?"

Strassbourg didn't quite know what that meant. MM did whatever she does and all of a sudden--without changing her appearance or anything, everyone in the street stopped and took notice of her, recognized her and gathered around.

It seems she quite a bit of control over turning it on and off. I wonder if you girl can do something similar?
