Now for someone NEW coming on the forum asking advice on how to deadlift..WHY THE HELL would anyone show them AN INCORRECTLY MODIFIED DEADLIFT from someone WHO SHOULDN'T BE DEADLIFTING ??????????????????????????
I got nothing against stronglifts or anyone on this site..I actually think its cool that he's got a cute blog with some basic information..but guess what it has flaws..sorry stronglifts, but if you were my client or someone I knew personally, I would NOT have you deadlifting and I don't reccomend that you do it !! WHY because your back problems prevent you from doing it HOW IT IS MEANT TO BE DONE..so really I'm the only poster that has enough guts to look out for your best interests and safety..but for some reason you and everyone else doesn't seem to get that..

Thae BAR is always close to you when you deadlift, but you bend your knees to soon on the concentric.The closer the bar to you, the less stress on your lower back. As you know, I had lower back problems in the past.

OK It seems that stronglifts has had a back injury..so it prevents him from deadlifting correctly. well guess what..stronglifts SHOULD NOT be deadlifting, why ?? because his back problem prevents him from doing the lift correctly ?? He has to dangerously alter a PROVEN method that is meant to put STRESS on the back..why does stronglifts have to alter the exercise...because IT IS A BACK exercise and stronglifts HAS BACK PROBLEMS.Apparent you must 'absoulutely must know' is not good enough. Here you mention its a lower back exercise:
