Hey guys ,
Am new to the pick up game and to the forum. Wondering if any of you can help me out in this particular situation. Hot chick at work, I have successfully busted her balls couple fo times... As a result she knows that I am attracted to her. Last couple of days she tries to not to look at me, shows unwelcome bodylanguage during the day, but at the end of the day, if she sees me, she tries to start a conversation...Am not sure what is going on here. is this kind of push pull from her side...? Can anyone see through her game here, please advice.

Normally, you should just ask her out. You won't waste time trying to figure out if she likes you. She probably has made her decision one way or the other already

Because you are co-workers, though, it could be awkward if she rejected you and you might not enjoy yourself at work, which is important as well. In that case I would ask her out on a casual date. But you seriously better served asking her out than looking around for IOI's.
