Ok guy's I met this woman on Match.com, she is a few years older than me, which is not a big deal unless she's just not attractive. Secondly she has had her own business for quite a long time, and she is used to a upper scale life style, and Lives in a very upscale neighborhood. During our phone conversation today ,to set up a date for tomorrow, we talked about many things including a lttle bit of my back ground. I make pretty decent money for the job that I have and have a pretty good life style. I was wondering if you guy's could offer any thoughts about do you think this would work out or do you think that I should not even bother with dating her? I will update after my date tomorrow. Any suggetions are welcome.

First of all relationships aren't about money. They are about people liking one another.
Secondly, money can't buy you love. Anyone with any sense can tell you that.
She makes more that you. Well, for a 48yr old man that is true role reversal. You probably grew up with your father being the breadwinner and your mom being a housewife. In the 60's and 70's it wasn't necessary for 2 parents to work.
Anyway, we are in a different world now. Women can vote, get great jobs, be police officers, firefighters, doctors, lawyers.....and business owners.
I had a GF who earned almost twice as much money as me. Guess what? After I paid for our first date she wouldn't let me pay for anything else. Every time we went out she paid. The most she would let me do was to leave a tip.
She may live in an upscale neighborhood but I'll bet she gets lonely like everyone else....lol
Just treat her like you would any other date. Be your nice charming self.

Way to go guy's, I always feel great after reading the replies and getting different view points, I already have a fair amount of confidence, but after being in this forum and building my knowledge base, DAMN I'm having a lot of fun. This whole Match.com thing has worked out great for me so far, it is almost becoming kind of a chore, I never really knew just how many women are available to me, not all of them super hot but I'm working my way down in the age group to get to what I want. Is it my Imagination that a lot of women in my age group try not to act desperate, but they very agreeable to almost anything, in my estimation they come off as a little desperate, even the one's that have had the boob jobs and tummy tucks and god knows what else. Well guy's gotta go, I will report back in after this date tonight. Thanks again.
