Need Advice PLEASE

I'v been dating this girl for 1 5month's today. I love her and want spend the rest of our lives togather. Last night at 1:45 a.m. she calls raving about how she want to be engaded and how her family and friends are talking about it. She says it's more important to her than me and she's having her doubts about if I'm going to propose.
Here's the kicker, I've been looking at rings and was planning on proposing before her 21st B-day (in June) so at her party everyone can find out about the same time. After last night I dodn't what to do because I don't want her to think she can have all her demands for the rest of our lives.
Please give me your advice

Thats what I'm Thinking. Everything was going great, but out of the blue she pops off with this. Yesterday I thought that she listened only to herself, but now I'm not sure

Dude, you can diectly ask her about who she listend to: her mom and her girlfriends are the best advisers.
For 21 y.o. girl 1.5 years of LTR is quite a long time really: it is normal for her to think about marriage, but not normal to throw a fit about it.

You gotta be prepared: next step - she is going to cut on sex.. if she already didn't do it.

Is this the type of girl you want to spend your whole life with, have kids, drive a minivan ang fech your kids to soccer?

if your answer is yes then take her away from her parents and relatives and settle down.

In that case you wouldn't be noticing unusual after effects, you'll just consider building attraction again and again.
