Need advice: Is there shame in losing it to a prossy?

Hi guys. I'm a year outta high school, going on 19 years old and haven't been able to get laid or even close to it.

I've been complaining a lot lately to my dad, trying to get him to help me out in some way. The other day he told me if I really wanna get laid so bad, maybe later he can help me find a prostitute.

Now, I AM really horny, so its tempting...

But I don't know if I'll be able to respect myself 10 years from now if I do that. "I lost my virginity to a prostitute my dad got me when I was 19..oh, and she was my first kiss too". I mean that does not sound so great does it?

Everything you do should be based on your personal set of values. Personally I would never have sex with a prostitute because that's against my beliefs, but that's not to say that you or anyone else shouldn't IF you feel comfortable with the idea.

Self discipline is important to being a man. If this does not feel right then do not do it! You will feel ashamed of yourself. Deal with the horniness, watch porn and masturbate. I think you should ask yourself why you wanna get laid so bad. Is it because you are uncomfortable with being a virgin? What does this uncomfort come from, is it from low self-esteem being unable to get a girl to have sex with you - if so will a prostitute really fix the problem?
If it's plain old hornyness you can fix it for the moment with a prostitute but the next day you'll be horny again - so do you want to keep going to prostitutes? I suggest you work on yourself and try not to feel to much pressure about the virgin thing - try to meet girls and have fun with it.

I'm not saying that a prostitute is definately wrong - but I think only you can answer if it's right for you and seeing you have doubts perhaps it isn't?

You're right. I do have some self-esteem issues.. I wish I could get a chick to have sex with me without paying her, so I guess why this whole prostitute thing is wrong for me. Having sex with a prostitute will just end up making me feel worse.

I admit, I laughed out loud at this. Still...

Maybe he feels inadequate to others because he is a virgin. When all the guys are talking about sex, he doesn't know what is going on. So he thinks he would improve socially if he had sex.

Maybe deep down it hurts his confidence that he hasn't lost his virginity yet, when most teens expect to lose it at a less than reasonable age.

Maybe he feels pressure from his dad. I don't think so, but who knows if his dad is the one that suggested getting a prostitute.

If it is any of the above he should forget about it.

If it is because he wants the experience so he isn't clueless the first time he is with a girl or because he is just horny and wants to get it out, those are as accpetable as a reason to have sex with a hooker can be. I wouldn't wanna have sex with a hooker though, honestly less than 12 hours after sex, you can't even tell you have had it. You don't feel different. This is could be true. There is a poster on here who has done this weekly since he was 19! And that's all he does, not sure how he affords it. But, I can see how it could become addicting.

As has been said, dude, it's up to you. I do personally feel you will regret it later on, as surely it won't be something your proud of.

Think of it like this though..if you do lose it to a prostitute, then what? You're no better off than when you started. Your game hasn't improved, your ability to converse with females hasn't improved, all you have done is lost something that should be pretty darn special to you. I say use all that sexual frustration and blitz through the DJ Bible.
