Need Advice Escalating

Went out with my wingman last night, the start of the night went a bit slow and didn't feel like doing any approaches although my wing had no problem opening sets. For the first two hours in stood around feeling sorry for myself for not having the confidence to approach, but later as we were walking through the town we stopped a few girls and got talking to them. It all went pretty well, the girls were fun to talk to.

While my friend talked to one of the girls i talked to the other one and kept teasing her. She had a really hot body that show off her sexy tummy (she wore a tight tank top). I told her (playfully) she can't dress like that, that there were kids around and i started closing the buttons on the jacket she had on. The more i pretended i wasn't interested in her hot sexy body, the more she was attracted to me and kept exposing more of her body to me, except her boobs... Then some guy comes over and mentions that she has to go, i asked how she knew him and she said it was her neighbor. He interrupted again so i said to her...

Your brothers calling you Christina".
Her: I'm not Christina and he's not my brother!
Me: (unreactive and playful) well you look like a Christina, so you should go, he looks upset now.

At this point it seemed she didn't want to go and began asking me bunch of questions about myself (ioi's). The problem was i didn't know how to escalate, i liked this girl and all i was thinking about was how do i kiss her without making the situation awkward, plus we were standing in the middle of the street, esp with that guy around and my wing was busy with her the other one. I could have number closed her but every time i got a number it ended up been a flake, so didn't bother.

I have been in situations like this with other girls where i was trying to escalate things further, maybe isolate but i'm always looking for the right moment to do this. What you guys thing i could have done to get this girl to kiss or come home with me...

Here's something you may not know:

When you get a girl's number she already knows right then and there if she'd ever answer your call or talk to you again. It has EVERYTHING to do with how you present yourself on that initial interaction. If you suck or you don't know how to create and amplify attraction you'll strike out.

Ok man whats the difference between learning a ton of material from gurus such as mystery,rsd,ross jeffrey's,david deanagelo to name a few and reading another pickup book (DJ BiBle) i have never heard of before. What does this book teach that the rest of them don't? just curious.
