Need a Workout

Alright fellas,

I need a solid workout plan and meal plan for a hard gainer.

I am 6' tall and weigh 170lbs.
I just rescently quit smoking to try to get some of my athletic prowless back. My sports are hockey and baseball. I decided after last season I am not playing second string to anybody. Its the first liners who get the girls. LOL. I need to weigh in at around 200lbs to be resilent enough to play the crash and bang hockey in corners. Last year i got pushed around a little too easily.

Any athletes out there with training advice would be awesome.

Well i don't know how old you are but prolly one of the best ways to start is on a pair of rollerblades. I started skating when i was 1, so i never really had to get used to edges on skate blades. Using a pair of good rollerblades allows you a little more freedom then with skates, you are less likely to take a spill. You will have to learn how to push and twisting of the hips.
