Need a Workout Routine!

I'm 160lbs and about 5'11-6' tall. I've been doing Scooby's Teen Workout since January 1st 2010.

It's under Workout Plans I believe.

I've gained roughly 20lbs of muscle, I did not work out during my school's football and volleyball sports last year. I often eat a protein bar or drink a protein shake after my workout, the bars are Pure Protein and the powder is Body Fortress Whey.

I recently started doing Scooby's Intermediate workout, but I am forced to do these after my volleyball practices and they leave me feeling sore and weak before I even start.

I'm starting to hear about these routines such as Rippetoe's Starting Strength and the Anthony Ellis Skinny Guy Program.

Ideally I would like to gain as many pound of muscle as fast as possible. I;m shooting for at LEAST 190lbs by football season in August.

So can anybody give me suggestions? I would really really appreciate them.

Start using Starting Strength program... I posted the workout program in Thermenator's thread go check it out.

To the OP:

20 lbs on a program without Squats or Deads? Tell us the secret because sounds like bull to me lol. Nonetheless I'd recommend "Starting Strength" By Ripptoe or "Where to Start OPTION B" you can find both in the vault...

I have a barbell with some weights, but nowhere near the amount I am able to bench.

A gym is POSSIBLE, but will be difficult, as I'd have to go there while balancing homework, volleyball, and dinner. I want to gain weight but I don't know if I have the minerals and time for it...at least not outside of my own house.

Please help me out here, I want to build myself up.
