If she's still interested she'll come to you because she misses the attention and doesn't want to lose you. If she isn't interested then by not talking to her you move on quicker.

It's a win-win situation really.

Anyone ever see benifits of No Contact?

I think its main benefit is to act as a 100% foolproof ANTI-NEEDINESS shot. This is something many guys need when a girl breaks up with them - so in that sense it does have its uses - I'm sure its far better than begging - which is all that you can initially think about.

HOWEVER - I really dont think it works very well and in many cases it can drive her away and into another guys arms. So please be careful when taking advice to do so. I would certainly try just running standard game initially - just being a cool guy - just take her out on dates etc and be totally cool - if she is acting like a ***** and wont talk to you, try again NEVER SHOWING THAT ANY OF IT IS GETTING TO YOU say you think it would be cool to meet up and you'd have a great time. If she ignores you and is rude - then then best thing you can do is ignore her back - dont say anything - just go full NC BAM like that - fall off the planet - let her come to you, and when she does be slow - make sure you are not over eager - take it very cool and slow. Also go full hardcore gaming during the NC - it kills the neediness a little.

Thanks bud. I did text her last Monday and then shut her off till now. I haven't heard from since then, but maybe will text her next week.

No Contact is the ONLY magic bullet in game.

If a problem CAN be fixed, it's often your best tool.

Trying to talk your way through a girl's low interest level will lower it further. Insulting a girl or telling her off will lower it further. Ignoring a girl cuts off the stream of validation to which she's grown accustomed and FORCES her to think about you. Going 'no contact,' when done correctly (i.e. not more than two weeks, not less than five days) and SUDDENLY, will often get her to obsess over you and wonder if she's misjudged you. Only a true alpha male would naturally gravitate towards walking away in the face of poor, low interest-inspired behavior.

Of course, it's primary purpose is to help you detach from a girl that isn't worth your time. However, if you find yourself losing a girl as a result of your own needy behavior, disappearing suddenly and without reason will only help your cause. She WON'T forget about you.

Think of it as a 'reset' button.
