I wonder what percentage of marriages with prenups are successful. Probably low. Beginning a marriage with a divorce arrangement probably hamstrings the marriage.

Prenups are easily thrown out in divorce court. Especially if the woman was a home-maker, and the couple accumulated significant joint assets.

If you cannot accept the financial risks of divorce, don't get married.

" Any good divorce lawyer laughs at a prenup"....Yes they cerainly do,mine was tossed out of a NSW Court within ten minutes,surprisingly my Lawyer asked for it to be accepted as a Contract between us with an "Intent to be bound"...Saved this poor little Chickens scrawny neck.
