Is there any way to undergo navy seal training by yourself. Like I cant find the requiremtns for their applicants. Maybe I could find the needed pushups and such and this way I could inspire myself to work toward that.

It would be wicked.

I tired secarhing the Navy sites and I couldnt find it, I couldnt find much btw.

I can do 60 situps in 2 minutes, I cant do 55 push ups in 2 minutes maybe only like 20, its a shame and I can run a mile in 10 minutes, but they want a mile and a half in 11 minutes so, maybe I can get better on that.

I remember awhile ago there was a post which had the navy seal workout on here, trying searching this site. And you'll most definitely have to improve that mile time if you plan on joining.

I actually have a book on it if either of you want it. It's long, but it should have everything you need.

Damn that workout is intense! I might try it this summer. But first ima give myself a good 2 months to get prepared. Time for more heavy lifting, intense cardio and eating like a 300 lbs bodybuilder. Woo! Maybe Ill be ready for somthing like this in 2 months.

Depends on where you are physically. The workout is brutal to say the least. You need to be strong and have great endurance.

Seal workouts are all about cardio and endurance. You probably realize this, but don't expect to grow much.
