my workout....

So heres currently my workout plan.

35-40 mins of high-low-high-low-high-low cardio
70 situps
followed by 3x7 sideways situps on both sides
followed by 1x20 pushups then 1 times 10 pushups
finished with 7 pullups.
then stretch the legs and arms a little bit

right now i work out 6 days a week.

the cardio is basicly consisting of a 4-5 min warmup , then high cardio like squats and standstillrunning, jumpjacks, squat jacks , karate kick squats frog jumps. etc etc , then low intence cardio like step touch lunges normal kicks etc etc. and back to hgih then low then high and low then just do some basic leg raising and lunges and stuff at the end.
basicly my legs get really tired from the cardio and my stomache gets a nice workout from the situps and arms get a little workout from the pushups and pullups.

diet :
well basicly i wake up at 9 everyday , got my internal clock set on that time even if i dont want it.
so i start the day with an apple
workout
apple again
lunch is usually some chinese cooked vegetables very little meat and a bowl of rice.
apple in the middle of the day again.
then dinner wich is basicly like lunch with little more meat.
if im still hungry before i go to bed il eat another apple.

what do you guys think ?

Ive been doing this for about a little over a month now , i ve gone down two belt sizes. but still have that little extra fat around my stomache , you know love handles. just gotta keep working the whole body to get the body fat lower right...

You don't eat enough at all. You are starving yourself and fvcking up your metabolism. Idk what your goal is but lets hear it before i tell you to weight lift.

**** up stallion, im sick of you posting in and telling everyone to follow that diet just because effort made it! Thats is not the only way to eat, it is one way but not the only way! Clearly this person doesn't need 3 protein shakes a day to loose weight! you are following a very god diet and still making **** gains!

It's the diet recommended on this board because EFFORT is the most experienced guy here and was trained by IronAddict. It's a simple diet that works, and who cares if other diets work, this one works great.

sorry stallion, was just in a bad mood :D I know what your saying but in know way does the OP need 3 protein shakes a day to loose weight! He in no way stated that he wanted to bulk up, if however he wants to gain muscle, which he probably should by any mean then by all means go for it!

Just cause you have 3 protein shakes doesn't mean you will bulk up Rampage. thats only (with two scoops each) 720 calories 144 grams of protein using ON Gold standard whey. I lost 43 lbs drinking at least 3 shakes a day. No Joke. Whey by itself will not do much.

There are many ways of doing the diet. EFFORT made a good one and its easy. Thats why i recommend it, and follow it myself (more so now than before after i realized i was making a couple mistakes). Plus Adding some morning cardio (i can vouch it works!) with a solid base of nutrition and you will tone up, look better, and gain muscle. Not lose muscle.

But you have to admit, the diet he has is one of cutting/starving proportions. I'm against cutting after seeing my metabolism go to $hit. I believe this thread is gold and everyone should do it. Take a look Rampage-

man, eating an apple first thing in the morning is the worst thing you could be doing. you stomach CANNOT DISGEST it due to the acid in it, on an empty stomach. this really cant be good

also, why stave yourself? i eat atleast one chinese a day and ive got muscle all over

seriously i thought eating an apple i nthe mornign before working out was a good idea.

also i dont starve myself i eat two meals and alot of small meals like apples or fruit or something in between , the two meals i eat till im full not over full , but enough till im full.

ramp is right theres nothing special about the diet i wrote, but like wolf and stalion said its simple. Making changes in the apperance of your body requires you to develop certain habits. If the habits are hard and complicated they most likely won't become habits, if there simple they have a higher chance of becoming habits.

So the whole point of the diet is to be something very easy to follow that can also EASILY be tweaked to the specific persons goals, body, genetics, etc. So with OP's original goal i assume he's looking to lose fat, that diet can easily be tweaked to do that.
