So heres currently my workout plan.
35-40 mins of high-low-high-low-high-low cardio
70 situps
followed by 3x7 sideways situps on both sides
followed by 1x20 pushups then 1 times 10 pushups
finished with 7 pullups.
then stretch the legs and arms a little bit
right now i work out 6 days a week.
the cardio is basicly consisting of a 4-5 min warmup , then high cardio like squats and standstillrunning, jumpjacks, squat jacks , karate kick squats frog jumps. etc etc , then low intence cardio like step touch lunges normal kicks etc etc. and back to hgih then low then high and low then just do some basic leg raising and lunges and stuff at the end.
basicly my legs get really tired from the cardio and my stomache gets a nice workout from the situps and arms get a little workout from the pushups and pullups.
diet :
well basicly i wake up at 9 everyday , got my internal clock set on that time even if i dont want it.
so i start the day with an apple
workout
apple again
lunch is usually some chinese cooked vegetables very little meat and a bowl of rice.
apple in the middle of the day again.
then dinner wich is basicly like lunch with little more meat.
if im still hungry before i go to bed il eat another apple.
what do you guys think ?
