I dont know your wife, but lots of people condem things that they dont want happening to themselves, when they get into that particular position however they act differently.

I think that I have already been cheated by her because of many things that Ive heard. Is it possible that she could have cheated on me before and yet condems men who cheat ? I never heard she to condem women who cheat, only men
Yep, she can rationalize herself as being the victim because it's evil men who cheat and women are powerless and thus can't be held responsible for their actions. Its a coping mechanism.
Next time she brings it up, mention that it takes two to tango and that both people are just as responsible. After she gives you the victim mentality response, ask her why she brings this up, why she thinks that men are the ones who are bad for cheating and if theres something she would like to tell you.

In a lot of instances people who are most vocal in denouncing something actually see that very thing within themselves and they can't stand it.
