Dude.. there have been many posts to date regarding training/workout regimes... i personally have posted and given many (what i think) as being valuable examples.

And after reading those.. which i assume you "have" read at least a few.. you still post that you, dont train legs.... and you train mostly arms. Get a grip buddy.

Ps. Sorry about the personal attack also. It just amazes me sometimes at peoples way of thinking.

Well I take the stairs up six flights at least 5 times a day. Plus half the time I'm doing situps incorrectly I'm training my legs, right? :)

Training other muscle groups like legs and back makes a world of difference in terms of gains. Also, I don't know what you look like but training the abs isn't very important. The only thing you really need for a 6 pack is low body fat and good diet.
Sure, you can train your abs a bit but that should be your last priority.
Also the title of the thread is "weight training regimen" but you don't mention any of the exercises you do...

Abs, both rectus abdominalis and obliques are really important in heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts as stabilizers, so having weak abs is not good if you want to lift heavy.

Sit-Up Looks Exactly Like This:
http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/RectusAbdominis/WtInclineSitUp.html

Bench Press:

Miltary Press:

Upright Row:

Wrist Curl (though I use seperate weights):

Again, no leg excerises. And the majority of my time is consumed with the sit-ups, ever since some oneitis girl said how much she loved six packs I've been obsessed with getting one.

What would you guys recommend as an effective leg excersise?

Also can anyone comment on the diet? Should I be taking protien supplements like whey poweder or can I get enough protien from normal food?

haha... I had that happen to me once.
First, check your form and then forget about your ego and lift less weight.

Oh... when you said "mostly arms" I assumed you meant biceps + triceps, still you should try doing squats and I would suggest more exercises per body parts. For instance instead of only doing flat bench try adding some incline DB press and chest dips, etc...

As far as I know (someone correct me if I'm wrong), doing a billion sit-ups/crunches isn't that useful. Try adding some weight instead or maybe do some other kind of abs exercises too.

stop doing your situps, they're not going to give you a six pack.

Your diet is going to need to be way more strict if you want a six pack.

No pizza. no cookies.

The rest of that is ok.

Have one day a week as a carb loading day, but use whole wheat bread, and oatmeal.... etc.
