I don't think I've really been taking my weightlifting seriously lately with my reoccurring back injury so I thought I should actual record what I do somewhere.
My back feels "okay" off and on but I don't think I'll ever be as strong as I once was.

Working 12hr night shifts has resulted in me losing 20lbs, good and bad weight. I'm now around 200lbs at 5'8"
I usually hit everything 3 days a week
