Week 4 Friday

Deadlifts 2 x 5 @ 130kgs
BOR 2 x 8 @ 50kgs
Chinup 2 x 8 @ bodyweight
Bicep Curl 2 x 8-10 some light weight, I have tendinitis of the elbow.

I'm 85kgs ATM

Week 5 Monday

Well I'm actually getting weaker. It's because I'm feeling sick AGAIN.
I'm working on cleaning up my diet more,

Squats 3 x 5 @ 90kgs
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 2 x 10-15 @ 90kgs
Glute Ham Raise 2 x 8
Calf Raises 2 x 10 @ 25kgs

1) outline in this post your entire (true) dietary intake and supplementation

2) cut down to a 2 day split until we get this under control.

also, get a FULL blood panel done. it doesn't cost much.

after that look into some allergy testing but I think that's unnecessary as if you feel like **** after eating a certain food you know it's not for you.

Saturday(carb day), I was out at the beach all day so I ate bad things.
processed potato salad
chips and dip(with sour creme)
rice pudding etc.
no vitamins
Felt sick afterward with diorrea. I think lactose is really starting to affect me.

Sunday and Monday
I ate very clean but not enough due to feeling like cr@p.
chicken salad
scrambled eggs
raw eggs
All my vitamins. B's C's zinc, fish oil, multi, joint formula, calcium.

Those are not carb day foods.. those are sh!t foods. The bulk of your food should be from starchy carbs and fruit, throw in some junk but don't exclusively live off it.

And obviously these foods don't agree with you.

It'll take you a while to get your digestion/allergies under control and for that time you'll have to eat strictly but we'll get it

OK thanks. I'll be very strict with my food from now on. It may take some time for me to get the vitamins you recommend because I'm just a student not supported by parents so money is tight.

Week 5 Wednesday

Bench 2 x 3 @ 75kgs failed
incline DB 2 x 8 @ 23kgs failed
overhead press @ 40kgs did a few then went home.

I thought I felt ok thats why I didn't take your advice on the 2 day split Alex

When lifting heavy, I get a blocked nose. What the hell is that? It lasts for a couple of minutes then clears.

I also get a blocked nose sometimes at night.

Anyone know what that means?

Dude, you're regressing in your workouts. Sort out your health first before you try to go heavy. I would definitely suggest a 2day routine for now

I don't know what is wrong with me. I've been to a doctor before about this and he said it will go away with rest. Fvcking idiot. I have also seen a gastroligest before. He was a dumbass also.

I have been eating well and training light.

I would rather go in 3 days a week because I train with a friend. I will just go light.

1. High strength liver tablets (e.g. Beverly's Ultra 40 or Uni-Liver) for the b

The're expenseve to get in Australia. I do have a B complex.

2.800iu Vitamin E

I will look at this soon
