Here is the comparison pic:

http://myspace-989.vo.llnwd.net/00242/98/96/242466989_l.jpg

This is a 63 lb total. I had lost 15 lbs before I had the first pic taken - meaning, you might be scared to see what I looked like back when I was 285!!! I was 270 in the before pic. I am now 207 and am beginning to see the top four of my 6-pack. No idea what my bodyfat is, because I flat out quit using that retarded electronic scale that constantly gives me inaccurate measurements. Once my abs are clearly visible I'll post the shirt off comparison pics, too (with the before pics being me at 225 somewhere between this May and this July)

For those wondering, I am also currently much stronger, faster, and can hit a baseball a hell of a lot farther than back then.

Huge improvement. I could drop a few pounds myself-- I currently weigh 230.

Very nice work man. I went through something similar. I used to weigh like 205 when I was 17 and Ive gradually slimmed down to about 165. Now Im trying to bulk up again though, haha. Great going.

Congratulations man! That's one hell of an improvement!

It's kinda funny how you look older in the 16 yr old pic than you do now. That's good stuff.

The leaner/healthier/fitter you are, the younger you look.

I read that in a woman's mag.

I have a workout journal on the board. My workout now consists of mostly olympic weightlifting and squatting, which is a pretty fast way to both fat loss and muscle gain because of the stress put on the body. My diet is nothing too strict, just keeping the high carb stuff and junk food out of it.

Total respect and a real inspiration to anyone looking to shed some weight!

I'd love to read how people's perceptions towards you have changed and how you feel differently too.

You will get that much progress if you actually make a strict diet.

I never really felt too down and out back then, but nowadays, I get random chicks jocking me, I got people saying I have a face like a model. It's crazy. I feel a lot more athletic and capable now, and more confident in general.

Man you were a big boy all those years ago.

Great job on the weight loss. There's a great picture of me when I was 35lbs heavier and 5 inches shorter; I looked like an Oompa Loompa.

What are your goals now?
