This situation is not worth investing any energy in.
I mean I get you, not only she is living with a guy but also has low interest in me.
Thing is I could have at kept her around on Facebook as a friend and maybe eventually one day something could happen when she is single again. Now I’m blocked on Facebook and not really on speaking terms.

You have annoyed her. The thing to do here is to present her with flowers and a box of chocolates.

Dude, when you cook a steak do you throw it in the pan and then take it right out and eat it at the first sound of a sizzle? Of course not. You make sure it’s properly cooked first.

Seduction is an art form. Your overly direct and premature approach did you in. Plus you come across to her as eager and “all-in”. In addition, you are way too invested in this woman. She’s living in your head rent-free. I recommend that you evict her and work on a more balanced, deliberate handling of the next one.

And stay away from coworkers and supervisors. Once you offend them they will do everything in their power to undermine your position in the company. They do it 90% subconsciously and that’s why they’re so ruthless when it comes to this.

Get over your obsession and consider her a rung on the ladder to your success with women that you stepped on and passed.

These blind obsessions with women always lead to serious consequences.

This is what happens when one-itis goes bad. You are treading dangerously close to a sexual harassment charge.

Stop acting like a fvcking AFC with zero options and focus on work at work.

You are making yourself look pathetic, most of all to her.

How to turn this around?
Badk off and ignore her?

You aren't going to turn it around. Stop with this silliness and find someone interested.
reaching out say after a month, and try to have things in good terms with her and be back on her Facebook is not an option? or thats weak?

A rejection is basically a No. Start by understanding what No means…

It's not worth it. It's really just not worth dealing with women that behave like this. It's not worth keeping a woman that rejected you as a friend in the hope that she'll change her mind later.

Your energy and your focus would be much better spent elsewhere.

I hate to attack or belittle people who post on forums because 1) it's none of my business 2) it's not my forum so I don't care
but this guy is not going to be helped. this is either a troll, or someone with a thick skull. you can waste your time all day suggesting he doesn't keep harassing his coworkers but he will do what he wanted to do originally.

It ir what it is. I just think it would have been better to have her on Facebook as be kinda her friend for a while and she if eventually she would close the gap. Problem now is that I’m blocked and she is annoyed.

Are you guys sure texting her say in a month and try to have her unblock me on Facebook is not good idea?

Stop making assumptions and stop the communication with her; keep replies polite and short and that's it, otherwise you're doomed for oneitis and friendzone. Trust me, been there too many times to know.

ONLY if she explicitly initiates a date, everything else you ignore politely.
