Wendesday: Chest, Triceps
Thursday: 40 minutes HIIT aerobics, Abs
Friday: Legs, Shoulders, Abs
Weekends: rest...
All the while taking Vitamins B/C/E, Glutamine and Xenadrine EFX. Please don't say creatine. I hate that shyt.
