On Meditation:
One of the ways I've been able to turn my life around is to give myself at least twenty minutes per day to reflect on my night's sleep and to give thanks for how I want my day to begin. My Meditation ritual is as follows:
Usually I sit (sometimes I lie down) with the soles of my feet flat on each other then I take a few minutes to center my gravity and ease into breathing. I breathe in unison with my heartbeat and wait until my mind is calm and my palms cease to sweat (usually 2 - 3 minutes). This is when I'm centered and able to relax into introspection and meditate.
Next, I thank myself for who I am and what I'm grateful for. Then move into pranayamic breathing (you can find various methods on the internet) to cleanse any negative/used energy out of my limbic system and draw new energy in.
From here time doesn't exist. I am oneness. I'm whole unto myself.
When I've completed my adorations and I'm content with myself. I get up and make coffee. Start my day.
If I feel deluged or under an abundance of pressure, I repeat my meditation.
All is good. Try it. The worst that happens is you uinderstand a little more of who you are.
On Magick and Esoteric thought:
I keep a journal/sketch pad on my night table so I can immediately write down a revelation or thought or idea or I can sketch down any visions. Case in point, 2 weeks ago I had a vision of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life unlike I had ever seen. It was surrounded by flames and smelled of molten steel. It was so vivid. I snapped up, grabbed my pad and best drew the image.
I am no artist by any stretch but I knew from my core, as Crowley realized when the Egyptian Godchild Horus spoke through Rose, that this is a pivotal moment in my progression as a man.
I took the drawing to a friend who is a trained artist and we redrew it together until it was the exact image as in my vision.
This is the Karmic Kross:
The same friend who helped me realize the image is the same who tattooed it onto the center of my chest. With Malkuth on my solar plexus.
This is my unique sigil for any manifestations I'll be working. I believe in Magick. Not the tomfoolery Golden Dawn type rabble, where masquerading in Egyptian garb and chanting odes get you nothing but dues from paying members. I'm talking about a paradigm shift on my soul's level. Thelemic Magick is what I've based my unique system of Karmic Magick. I use different paths and practices from many esoteric schools including: Thelema, Kabbalism, Taoist centering exercises, I Ching introspection, Hatha yoga, Pranayama breathing techniques, Khaos Magick mathematics, Shamanism, The Bible (the Old Testament) and The Torah and Talmud (Sephir Yetzirah) and Kundalini meditation. There are nuggets strewn about from other sources but these are the primary modalities from which I draw inspiration.
The misdirected and religiously intolerant will inevitably call me a Satanist or Black magician. I'm the exact opposite. I have tolerance for all religions and I've used themes and references from various different religions and paths of spiritual walking.
I use Karmic Magick to keep me focused on my goals and to solidify myself as an honorable man who keeps an honorable word.
