I guess I just disagree. Let's be honest here, you don't have to be some "successful with ALL his shyt together guy" to impress American women. Come on, these are the same women that pro-create with bums, ex-convicts, thugs, losers, deadbeats, the list goes on and on. I disagree that me going my own way and deciding not to invest in a real estate property because my career ambitions/passions/requirements MIGHT require me to move across the country (or outside of it) having anything to do with me continuing to attract women.Heisenberg
Not sure what quality you are going to be spinning, as a man in his 40s/50s/60s/70s/80s who has never married and never owned property is going to be a red flag for most women.
As I get older (mid 60's) I will most likely be in some sort of LTR with another woman around that age (or multiple women around that age).
Nahh, trust me, the older men in my life (and the men my age for that matter) believe that women can do NO wrong. Having a conversation with them about anything rational and logical when it comes to women, marriage and creating children is like discussing Cost Accounting with a 5 year old.....their eyes just get all blurry and blank as if they are "hearing me" but aren't processing the information. Here's what I would honestly do, OP. Take your list and bring it to older men in your life whom you admire. See what they think.
If you aren't saying that Jesus is the way, get married to "The One," raise 2.5 kids and live happily ever after....then they can't have a real rational conversation with you. And these are even guys that have been SCREWED over or being screwed over as I type this.
In regards to number one, the point in posting this is to get guys on this forum to see where I'm going. Maybe they can see themselves in my journey, it wasn't so that I could get validation or any sort. I do my own research and analysis, I have been conducting research on this for almost 8 years straight now secretly. From my research, the results from the 100s of women I have dated/been with, my analysis is pretty much spot on for ME, not sure about anybody else but it's spot on for ME.1) The fact that you need to run this by anybody means you're unsure about it. If you were really this rogue, lone wolf who is going to bang chicks til the day he dies, you wouldn't need anybody's opinion.
2) Maybe you really do just want to be single forever and marriage doesn't interest you. People are like that and that's great if that's what they believe at their core. But when I read the way you described your real estate decision (not wanting to get "trapped") and couple that with point #1... I think it's fair to question whether you may just have commitment issues?
Being single forever is not my intention, maybe from a legal standpoint of "single" in terms of a tax return yes, but I didn't say I was avoiding relationships with women. MGTOW says don't date women at all, that's insane. I have been dating, I'm dating now, and I will date until I fall dead.
I have no issues with committing to something, for further proof of that I can refer you to my LinkedIN to review my professional work history of being committed to my career for the previous 8 years while 6 of those years finishing up all of my college degrees on the side. I was doing full time work and full time school at the same time for over 6 years.
The problem isn't commitment with me, the problem is that marriage and real estate investing is a BAD DEAL for ME based on the data, the numbers and the analysis I have conducted.
I will update my progress going forward, but I believe I'm spot on with everything. The only thing that might change is the creation of the children. I'm not getting any procedures done until I'm at least 36 and I MIGHT meet a woman between now and then (2019) that fits my requirements of creating a child with. I don't project that it will happen...but it could. But everything else as far as never signing a marriage contract and not investing in real estate as a primary residence, those are SET in stone.
