Second.. about your reply, point 1.. I want to focus more on changing around my girl friends.. all kinds of negative (well, not SO negative, but..) thoughts invade me, when I started be more outgoing and C+F with them.. how can I get over this ?

I woke up at 6am.. Went jogging.. Returned at home, took a bath.. from now on this will be my morning schedule (wake up at 6am, jog, take a bath).. Then logged on here and read some posts..
I continue reading 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.. but very slow.. at around 3 pages/day.. but at least I remember what I am reading
very interesting book.. I highly recommend it!
Half of the day I stayed at home.. whatched some movies with my family.. worked on the web site that I have to do.. listened to music.. my mother started buying more and more fruits, because I want to eat healthy and she is helping me a lot
I thank her for that.. I ate one dish with 5 different fruits.. man.. do I love pears
I'm working on my posture.. For those of you who are actually reading my posts.. you should know what I need to fix
At 11pm I went to disco with my brother.. stayed there 3 hours.. and I didn't stop dancing even for a second... man, did I get tired like hell..
Went back home at around 2:30am.. and this is it.. another day..
