You just have to trust that you are the one she wants at the end of the day. Most women won't cheat if they are happy in a relationship....although it can happen regardless. Its important to establish your expectations at the beginning of the relationship and if she fails to meet them....to decide whether its worth it to continue being with her.
Screen your women guys.
If you date around enough, you know the kind of women who are likely to cheat. Party girls. Attention W****s. Etc.
Screen them out early. I've had my ups and downs in the dating game, but I feel pretty confident in the few women who I deem worthy of the title "girlfriend".
If any infidelity happens, it's because I did a poor job of screening. Not because of feminism, or womankind, or whatever else.
