Hi just so you guys know I've been doing MMA for three years and been doing jiu jitsu for the past few months. I never went to the gym, but I am noticing that I need to train my body, mainly my abs, lats, biceps, delts, pecks and traps.

Since I don't go to the gym, I will get fit by doing small workouts several times a day.

I will start by doing 20 pushups 4 times a day, for a total of 80 pushups.
Alongside that I'll do 8 pull ups 3x a day.

By varying the push ups I can target the delts, lats and traps. Through pull ups I can target my biceps, lats and traps. I'll see if I can do ab exercises in between.

I've been very focussed on push and pull ups before. I used to do 80 push ups a day, and I got pretty buff within a month or 2. Since I gradually let it slide, I'll pick my old habit again. I am not going to dive straight into it, but just try and do as many workouts as I can.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
