Hello everyone :D
/Sorry for my english , not first language if there's something wrong , i'll be more than happy to correct it but please tell me what's wrong :) /

About me: I'm 16 years old , skinny as f. i've never had a girlfriend , well , just 1 but it was on middle school so it doesn't count, i really wanna improve my life ,(right now my life is like 50% spending my time on the internet and 45% of that 50% is playing league of legends) and i want to change that, also my social skills are not that great to be honest, i just can socialize when i'm on a group of people , i can't socialize when i'm like 1 on 1.Also my eating habits are literally trash , so you can basically say that my life is sh*t right now hahaha.

So now , lets go to the journal (i'm basing these one from the *complete guide t self improvement*)

Homework.
I really, really wanna improve this , what i'm planning to do is when i come back from school start doing my homework because most of the time i procrastinate and i end up doing nothing.So that's all from " Homework"

Exercise

I'm going to start to go to the gym tomorrow , i'm a little bit excited :D i'm planning to go 5 days a week.

Nutrtion
I got a diet from a nutritionist like 1 month ago but i didn't start it because i was on vacations and i was kinda addicted to league of legends :( , so im begining my diet tomorrow

Hobbies
I used to do juggling , i don't know why i quit to be honest but i really wanna start juggling again :) i'll try my best to buy balls *that sounds weird* and go with the juggling community of my city

Sleep patterns.
This is where im f*cked up the most , my sleeping patterns are the worst, sometimes i sleep at 12 and wake at 5 and in vacations I used to sleep like at 4 am , i'll try to sleep 8 hrs so i can feel great all day

Now with the physical and social changes
Physical improvement
a)Hair
My hair is pretty fine actually so i think there are going to be no changes

b)Skin
I went with a derm and I'm actually cleaning my face twice a day , i've seen improvements

c)Facial features
*eats a sh*t ton of gum*

d)Build
I'm going to start working out tomorrow :D

g)Hygeine
I'm going to be more hygienic. enough said.

Sometimes i treat people like sh*t because no reason i really wanna change that. :c
b)conversation
I'm going to try to make 1 cold aproach per day , try to not be a coward , most of the times i end up making excuses and not aproaching :(
c)Humour
right now im actually pretty funny , thats the only way i can socialize , making peple laugh , if i don't make them laugh is like they don't wanna be with me :cry: i already made a thread like months ago about that , so i'm going to improve my social skills.

d)Girls
I fall real hard in this one , i can just talk to girls if there is other boy right there and i cannot start the convo i'm just like spectating somehow hahaha

About my internet addiction: i'm going to try to use the computer just to update this journal and homework purposes , i'm really trying not to use facebook , maybe is because just a few people really talk to me so i'm gonna try to do it , it's gonna be hard but im going to regret it if i don't do it now.

Good start man. First off, don't keep saying that your life is sh!t because thats only gonna make you feel like sh!t. Focus on the good qualities in life and the good things about you. It will make you feel better. Also, once you start going to the gym, you will probably be too tired to waste time on the internet. I advise that you also join a sport at school. Find something you like and maybe even a sport that has girls and guys in it. Its super easy to talk to girls on sports teams. Plus you will make friends and expand your social circle while also having fun and learning. Once you start being active, your sleep patterns will be better. You will get really tired and won't stay up super late. Now onto talking to girls...
Don't be nervous or afraid of talking to them. Read that 25 times and keep saying it to yourself. Don't be nervous or afraid of talking to them. I see a ton of guys at my school hopelessly infatuated with girls that they never even talk to. Don't be like those guys. Start small when you talk to the girls. Make sure you get some eye contact first. And you said that you were funny so you can use that. Use it to your advantage. Girls LOVE guys that are funny. Trust me. Even before I had muscles, I still got girls using humor. Personality is huge. Starting convos is really easy. Ask them what they are doing on the weekend, what classes they are taking, what they like to do. Anything. Try to find a common interest and build on it. Good luck man. I'm pulling for you. Make it easy to keep consistent. Dont follow a strict diet and work out 5 days a week. Learn what you should be eating and avoiding and follow a certain macro. Eat healthy. Do a work-out routine that puts you in the gym around 3 times a week. Spend a lot of time on form and be humble.

Set yourself to a higher standard, that's all you need for improvement. Consistency is the most important thing.

Its easier to let go of one bad habit at a time. Try one or two weeks with no fap, then stop watching tv, then when you think you dont feel the need to do those things cut the internet, etc..

Got it :D i think that's one of my problems , that i start something (e.g. diet, i've tried diets before but i quit them for no reason at all) , so i;m going to try starting easy and consisten thanks a lot :)

well i've been trying nofap for almost 4 months and i mostly fall on day 21
but most of the things are "easy things"(imo) so i'm trying to see if i can *remove* all those bad habits together , so i'll see how it goes , if it doesn't work i'm going to try your tip , thanks :D

DAY 1:
I woke up 1 hour earlier (5 am) yesterday i went to sleep at 10 pm aprox so i slept like 7 hours and i felt really great when i woke up ,( i think it was because normally i sleep like 5 hours) also i made my breakfast :), didn't make any cold approaches,something i noticed is that i don't really know how to close a conversation , what i ussually do is i just stop looking at them and the conversation ends. when i was taking the bus a really pretty girl sat next to me altho i didn't talk to her , she was like 7 years older than me so i really didn't know how to start a conversation , right now i'm going to go and run in my nearest park , so overall it was a nice day :)
