So lest start with my job. I work in an office working on a computer 9 hours a day. Ive done it for about 9 years now and im starting to have problems with my shoulder, neck and hands.

ONe morning I woke up and my neck was stiff as hell. I couldnt turn it side to side. I went to a chriopractor/massage therapist. I found out when I was there that I have tendonitis of shoulder and of the elbow and probably am getting carpul tunel(spelling?) in my right hand. She says my muscles are overworked or strained or something and my muscles are pulling down on my right shoulder. When I stand in the mirror I can literally see my right shoulder is lower than my left one.

She gave me a couple of excersises to do and told me to ice and heat it twice a day and to get massage therapy. I have been doing this for 2 weeksd and so far no improvement. I actually thing it sworse. It hurts like **** right now at work. IM wondering if there is anything else I can do/see. IM really scared for my health. I cant quit this job because I have put so much into it and tto do that now would screw my career.

Get a good chair. Put your arms up onto the table more.
Take your wallet out of your back pocket.
If your chair has arms on it, take them off. You might lean too much

Just a couple of things.
I work 14hrs a day, 3 of it running around on roofs, 2 of it driving, and the rest being on the computer/phone, I feel where you're coming from. Just get comfortable.

Do some searches for "ergonomics." Get anal about making sure your entire work setup is ergonomically correct. This should eliminate most of your problems.

Get a good mouse too, and some mousepads have a little wrist rest that is supposed to help with carpal tunnel.
