My observations on "older" women (late 20s and beyond)...

1. Many of them are INITIALLY attractive simply because they don't look and act as annoyingly dumb as their younger-woman counterparts. The intelligence factor and the fact she acts more classy is refreshing and a turn-on.

2. Then you start hanging around with her, perhaps even fvcking her, and it's like being at the airport after your plane landed - one piece of baggage at a time comes into view until there is a lot of baggage circulating. It's always the same stuff too. If it's not children with an ex-spouse she has to be in contact with frequently, it's that 5-year+ ltr that messed her up because it didn't lead to marriage. Or, it could be that she's just extremely jaded and cautious from all her previous heartbreaks.

3. Ah yes, the good ole' biological clock. Many of her friends are married, or close to it. Her younger sister has an adorable 3 year-old. Her looks are just beginning to decline and she doesn't have the resources to stay hot for another 20 years. Casual relationships just don't cut it, she needs a provider, and soon!

Now, to be fair, there are some older available women who are not driven by the marriage/children agenda, who've made it through their 20s without accumulating a ton of baggage, and who are the exception to the "all the good ones are taken" rule, but they are few and far between.

'zactly.

If YOU feel awkward about talking to an older woman, it will project on to her and she will start to feel awkward because YOU feel awkward.

If YOU feel comfortable "DJing" her, then she may feel awkward at first, but you're cool attitude will loosen her up as well.

I've been with many older women, some almost a decade over my own age. 28's an awkward age for women because they're still in that "must-get-married" phase and haven't reverted to the 30s "must **** while I still look good" phase...but you can swing it. Just chill. ;)
