The idea of putting women on a pedestal comes from men behaving like women are high above them and that they have to work to EARN a woman. I have said nothing remotely like this. I would say the other qualities that you listed as defining someone as "superior" encompass a small portion of what actually makes someone "superior". Furthermore, I don't believe that men are better at all of those things. I see no reason to believe that is the case and you have provided me with none. I do believe that men are probably better in positions of leadership and they are better at logic/problem solving (which studies have shown to be true). I do not believe, however, that women are any less capable of philosophical thought. I also don't think they have worse morals or a worse sense of justice. In my experience they are equal to men in these areas. Show me evidence suggesting that this is false if you really believe that is the case.

I definitely think that men are worse at dealing with people and communicating (which should be considered as part of what makes someone superior/inferior). Personally I am very good at math, logic, problem solving, etc. However when it comes to, say, consoling my crying friend, I'm a complete idiot and have no idea what to do. Dealing with people in emotional states is something I svck at, but I've noticed that the majority of my female friends are very good at this.

I have no issue with the techniques that playherman advocates. In fact, I agree with them (which I explicitly said in an earlier post). I was taking issue with his general outlook where he believes that women are objectively and biologically inferior to men. I was taking issue with his sweeping generalizations where he's claiming that all women need to be treated like dirt. He claims that if you aren't having sex with a woman then the only other possible relationship is one where she takes advantage of you for personal gain. People are making all of these absolutely absurd claims and providing NO evidence whatsoever to back their point.
