You'd be putting the cart before the horse r_j. Many guys give girls flowers after a weekend of sex, basically thanking them for a good time.

Giving her flowers now would be awkward and a bit much for her. She'll like it at first but then start thinking about that she doesn't even know you that well and what did she do to deserve it etc.

I think the idea is the worst. But forget my opinion. You've received a lot of comments to your plan, and they're overwhelmingly negative. Nah, forget those opinions too. None of the guys here are as confident and romantic, right? I'd venture that the guys on this board telling you to ditch the plan for something requiring more balls are quite varied in style and personality as far as getting women is concerned, but for some reason they're all telling you the same thing. Why? Ever consider for a moment that you are being told not to go through with this plan of yours is because no one wants to see you fail (well, some anyway)? Send her that rose, fawn all over her, put her on a pedestal....then watch her walk away as you sob in your beer and wonder why. I used to think wearing my heart on my sleeve was a good thing.....what a fool I was. Giving presents (flower, gift of any sort) is a HUGE mistake. Just read the DJ Bible.

Ok so I definitely thought this post was fake at first but I see its unforunately real. So let's break it down here:

The reason all the guys are hating on you is because gifts don't get the girl, your atttitude does. Sure a rose, what's the harm you say? Well there's a lot more harm in that rose for more reasons that you can imagine.

1) If she accepts to go out with you and likes the rose, you have now set up an expectation in her mind, where she will constantly think your going to get her something. When you don't she'll be disappointed.

2) Your giving her the impression that your not good enough, your not confident, so you need to buy her love. "But Pimp-sicle, guys by girls presents all the time!!" Your right they do, but they only do it in two situations. One, if that's their gf, who they fuvk everynight or two, if they're a AFC chump.


3) Her job is to be friendly, flirty and make you feel comfortable because she's trying to sell loans. Sexuality sells, everyone knows this. The only time you should believe a woman's advances toward you who's working is when she blantantly tells you so. Women are MASTERS of deception. They'll tell you all the things you want to hear if it gets them what they want.

What your failing to realize is how SHE will interpret all this. Sure it sounds perfect in YOUR mind, but girls mind's work very very very differently than ours. Don't you always wonder why girls seem to fall for the guys who seem like they're no good, who do almost nothing to court her. Well there's a reason for that. Girls like guys who have flaws (no not big flaws). They like guys whom they can mold into their ideal mate and its a challenge to them. If you become the prince of her dreams so early, it will kill all her interest.


You will however carry on as you choose to, but this will not end up the way you want. Keep us posted though..

Update for all of you wanna be cool people out there

I walk into the bank and strutting my stuff... I decided to give up the rose plan, based on the fact that yeah, it might freak her out a little bit, depending on what kind of person she is.

I say, Hey sarah, when I see her. Her face lights up. I walk towards the front counter to make a deposit.

After I get all that stuff done, I walk back to her desk and say


What would it take for you to be my PERSONAL banker.?

And she says, 'not too much, that's my job.'

I say, " I appreciate the enthusiasm', keep the gaze locked, and she looks away, halway blushing.

OK thats all I remember about the original things that we said to each other... but I did tell her soon after about my original plan to give her a rose out of 'pity' as I put it but of course she was smart enough to know better. She said that would have been a great thing to do and she would have loved to have a flower on her desk. And I got her number . CELL number , *****es.

And the convo lasted.. maybe 10min total.. if that. short and sweet.

Mwuh ha ha. I rule.
