Hey friend i give you an idea. i hope you will like my idea. i tell you that exercises that i use for my fitness and i assure you that it works. eat not too much and walk daily . I do not use any thing to go any where . This is the cheaper and easiest thing for exercise with no any problem and tension.

Hi,
You need to cut all starchy carbs from your meals. No pasta, bread, rice, potatoes whole or not. Get your carbs from vegetables and fruits.
