Yup. You're basically just dragging the bar up your legs. And the bar starts on the floor each time, that's why it's called a deadlift.Zero Hero said:Could someone explain how to execute a deadlift to me? Over/under (alternate grip) is MUCH stronger. I have no idea why, but it is. Probably puts your body at some weird mechanical advantage.
