I still squat heaps, but I don't think I'm doing it to my full potential, I pu$$y out after I get up to 150 kg's, I keep thinking I'm going to collapse or something.

Seeing as Ive got today off, I'll go to gym later on and try and see what I push out at max weights then re adjust to lower weights and rework out my routine. Strength is there just a psychological thing, the size will come later i know, and people that have known me for years are saying I'm starting to look big again, even though I'm only 80 kg's, I reckon I'll feel better at 90 again another psychological thing.

150kg means you're starting to squat heavy. anything over 300 for a squat and 400 for a dead means you're lifting with the big boys. congrats. :D

and man.. 10kg of weight is a MASSIVE difference. you'll look and feel heaps better, I promise you.

I was soooooo proud when I hit 100kg. lol. was a milestone for me.

edit: but what took me from a chubby 93kg to a fairly lean 100kg in about 3 months was not a 6day split. ;)

Yea it was them heavy squats deads and benchs, I think I'll have to go caveman for a few months and cut out the cute exercises that just fill in time. Rest of the night off, saturday here time to sort all this out, I'll stick up my new routine and edited version of the above diet and make this post sort of my journal. Wish me luck
