My yonger cousin is a Don Juan, for sure, we meet again in a family reunion in the Caribbean.

He was able to get a free Regency room at a hotel by talking his way and chatting up with a girl that was working there, and appears to have an easy time with women all around. So I hung out with him to get some insights about what his game is, and this is what he told me:

First of all, I'm going to address points:

a) He claims he sold drugs and became instantly popular with the girls. He is going to a Seventh Day Adventist University and he started selling drugs to make money and to get hot girls. Girls love drugs. He claimed to learn all of his seduction skills when he was high on weed since it "opened up his mind". Claims having sex with a woman is like smoking weed.

Okay, I'll take a pass on that. Not interested in girls who do drugs in the first place nor and I wouldn't want to try that.

b) He had a super fit muscular body with abs showing. He claims that he started getting ALLOT more attention when he built his muscles up. Before the body change he's get 4 out of 10 with his game alone. With game and the "new" muscular look, it was 7 out of 10.

c) He claims Quantum Mysticism. That your thoughts or affirmations control your destiny. He will self-affirm 40 times a day in the mirror, sometimes more, sometimes less that he is hot sh1t and he's confident and can pick up any woman and other affirmations like that.

d) Claims that girls hate it when you stare at them in an obvious way. Should make peripherial glances. Due to "porn conditioning", I tend to get visual stimulation by looking at boobs or butts or legs and oogle rather than checking out quickly, or may stare at someone when approaching them hoping they will smile at me and make it easy for me to approach them. He says -- make sure they don't know you are looking at them.

Weakness to his game:

a) Can not run game with parents are around.

b) He did not pick up the type of women he was genuinely physically attracted to, but bonded with women that he is familiar with but not attracted to physically. (i.e. he will bond with black girls, but I didn't see him pick up a white girl or Latino girl. For a guy like him who can get any girl he wants, and with the experience he has with women, I was not very impressed because he settled in my view. I took way more risks to talk to hot girls, although I fell on my face while trying).

Overall -- I think he's a cool Don Juan model with some good tips and pointers.

His recommendations for me:

a) Need muscle on my chest and arms -- take suppliments -- will improve confidence.

b) Quick peripheral glances, do not stare.

c) Affirmations. Read quantum mechanics to see how thoughts effect electrons, etc...

d) Read 48 laws of power and some "seduction" book, have to check the title and author of it again.

Nothing I never read about before but still interesting.

How do you do affirmations? So you just look in the mirror and repeat to yourself a whole bunch of ego-boosting stuff over and over again?

I AM GOING TO GET A WOMAN'S NUMBER TODAY
I AM A WOMAN MAGNET, WOMEN WANT ME

I do agree with the stuff about looking at women. I always wait till a woman can't see my eyes anymore or walks past me. I don't like giving them the satisfaction that i'm looking at them. I prefer to let them walk past me that way I can get a good look at that a$$ and do a proper scoping of her credentials ;)

Chest and arms are very overrated. You need to focus on your legs and back if you want to look muscular. People with big chests and arms still look skinny, but they also have bad postural problems too. So squats, deadlifts, overhead press, pull ups, chin ups and bench press should be your main exercises.

You know what -- I'm getting too much confusing feedback that I can't focus on doing anything.

For example, I buy this "How to be Handsome" e-book, and do a personal consultation to find out I'm already handsome and look better than the majority of their clients. I go out today and I get looks from some women. Most of the feedback I've got is I'm not bad looking or I look cute, but I don't look sure of myself or comfortable in my skin and that puts off people.

So, I think allot of this stuff is in my head.

My back muscles and leg muscles are already strong to the point I had to cut back on leg exercises because I'm worried they are looking to big.

I'm trying to look like a hot dude and have women chasing me - but don't think that's being realistic because that does not develop "personality", or help you think on your feet with something witty to say. I think the woman they look at you and see if you are "with it" -- if you are in the moment or have a presence of mind or know what you are doing.

I'm sure that is taught here somewhere. Even practise smiling. Allot of inner game is based on conversation or practises that you do infront of a mirror.

Yeah, stuff like that, especially the second. Basically, anything that will rebut all the negative conditioning that you have.

Again, this is all quantum physics stuff that he subscribes to. He believes thoughts are like a frequency that affects the quantum universe around. I don't believe it though as I've dismissed it as a type of new age mystic pseudo-science.

I can easily squat like 250 lbs 20 times in a row with 3 sets one after the other = 60 reps total before getting tired, dead-lift I'd say 130 lbs 10 times in a row without tiring, overhead press (I'm assuming chest press), about 60 lbs and I may fail before 10 reps. Anything dealing with biceps and chest is miserably less than what I can pull on my legs and back muscles. My frame is weak with the arms and chest area.

squat 250lb x20 for 3 sets? but only deadlift 130lb x10 for a set ? do you mean 150lb on squat ? because those numbers seem too far distant unless your form is seriously messed up somewhere.

affirmations work because every time you get a thought to pass there is a specific neural pathway that gets created or activated. So if you keep telling yourself that you will subconsciously think that it is true.

For example people that are repeatedly told that they are stupid and weak end up becoming really stupid or weak. Think of it as if every person told you that you were a loser every day of your life. You might not believe it but you will at least have some doubt even with super self-esteem because the thought is in your head all the time. I dunno how good it would work with seduction tho maybe worth trying out.

You can squat 250lbs for 20 but you can only deadlift 130lbs? And only bench press 60lbs? Those numbers are severely off. I think you are only doing quarter squats or don't know what squats are. Proper squats are where the crease of your hips goes below your knees, aka a below parallel squat. I'm assuming you are not actually able to full squat 250lbs, otherwise you would be able to deadlift around 300lbs.

Verify this and we can get somewhere.

He's no DJ.

He's a sheep in wolf's clothing... A Don Juan cross-dresser, if you will.

Dealing drugs will gain tons of popularity amongst people whom I consider to be the undesirables. Trash... Don't use your Cousin as a role model because his situation isn't your own.

He works at a Best Buy in Middle America. He sees a lot of hot chicks there. Because we all know how many hot chicks dot America's landscape in 2010. Remember, all hot chicks want muscular guys who wear Affliction t-shirts.

I'm talking about those leg machines that you lie down on your back and press the weight up with your feet. I thought those could replace squats.

I think your describing a leg press. That won't replace squats. Get off the machines and start using free weights (keep using machines for cardio though).

Nahhh they really don't. I max out the leg press machine doing sets of 8 (like 412 pounds) and I can probably squat half of that.

Every morning I look in the mirror and say: "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me."

lol @ postural problems. Rarely do you see guys with huge arms who are small everywhere else, it just doesn't work that way for most. Takes an incredible amount of overall weight gain through out the body to gain inches on those arms. something like 10 lbs every inch you want.

for someone who is especially a beginner, no muscle group should be considered "overrated". One should work to build every damn thing up not just say "only focus on legs and back" Yes they're the two biggest muscle groups in your body and should always be hit hard. Yet who is to tell him he can't hit some dedicated bicep work after back or chest and maybe one other fast session once a week? Some people need more volume than others and some are genetically well off in certain areas. If your arms look like ****, they should be a priority alongside legs/back/chest of course
