I have recently decided to start boot camp, I am a first year university student, I do hook up, but don't find that much fun anymore. I want to work on improving my social skills more then anything.
Day 1 -
I started on Christmas eve, went to chuch and seen a lot of girls I had known for a while. I am back home from the holidays so I don't see these people much anymore. Said hey to nearly everyone I ran into contact with, and made a lot of eye contact with people well I waited around for the service to start. I love the reactions I get when I look around and smile at a girl and they smile back, regardless I think it was a good day.
Day 2 -
Christmas Day, I was in my house until I went out to supper with my parents to their friends. Knew most of the people their, but they people I ddin't know I was sure to introduce myself quickly (though they already knew who I was).
Day 3 - Visited family and stayed in.
Day 4 - Went to the movie Avatar today. I was pretty awesome. Seen tons of HB's. Made a lot of eye contact and would say hey to people I seen alone to try and give them a boost. Regardless, when I drive I wave to everyone, I find it is a good way to build confidence. Chances are you will never see the people again or they just would not recognize you so it's not awkward or weird at all. Tomorow should be interesting I am going to a party. Just going to role with it.
Cheers
