Better that are gov wouldn't allow muslim into the country in the first place, but when islamist attack getting two of them and losing none is a small victory . I wonder if Jaylan is going to condemn these cops too, or the 1st amendment right for citizens to hold the convention?

GARLAND, Texas (AP) — Two armed men who opened fire on a security officer outside of a provocative contest for cartoon depictions of the Prophet Muhammad have been killed, authorities in the Dallas suburb of Garland said Sunday night.

The City of Garland said in a statement posted on its Facebook page Sunday night that two men drove up to the Curtis Culwell Center and began shooting at a security officer.

Garland Police Department officers engaged the gunmen, who were both shot and killed, the statement said.

The statement did not say whether the shooting was related to the event. The security officer's injuries were not life-threatening, the city said
I should say we still barely have 1st amendment right to non-PC speech if you don't mind the FBI detaining and questioning you:

Earlier Sunday, about 75 attendees at the contest were escorted by authorities to another room in the conference center. They were then taken to a separate location, where an Associated Press reporter was told they could not leave until FBI agents arrived to question them.

One of the semi-finalist got disqualified at the last minute, it was a cartoon of Muhammad raping then beheading little Arab Christian boys and girls on the breach..The judges deemed that it was a documentary and not a cartoon...

Seriously, the difference between a well armed citizenry and well, the French.

Texas isn't going to tolerate your stupid religious beliefs. It isn't France where the government has made everyone defenseless, its Texas and everyone is packing. I'm glad two got to learn that lesson the hard way.

So you got a crazy radical organization with a nice juicy name host a contest sh1t over muslims and their stupid prophet and there suddenly drive up two radical terrorists and open fire!

We can put it the other way: there was an anti-muslim provacation event and two religious men it appears opened fire into security guard at this even.

See, we can explain everything that happened and it's not terrorist at all, just two religious men got very offended. Let's face it, diversional operations are carried out by special force and failure chance is practically none.

You know, and this is true old and experienced generation will tell you it is, don't fvck with the bull it might fvck you up. Just because America has nukes, tanks, rockets, etc, it does not mean that tomorrow things will not go wrong for it. Only America suffers from terrorism. Why would that be? Your country screwed a lot of people over. Just replace the word terrorism with revenge, diversion. The usage of this word terrorism is what should get you offended. Are you fvcking terrified or something? No you not! Maybe only at the prospect of truth of the events like these, you are terrified and afraid to call them for what they are.

Our globe is like neighborhood, and countries are our neighbors, can you honestly say that you can go to any neighbor in your neighborhood and be welcome? I bet you can't. Well why can't you? I mean it is obvious for me and for the rest of the world, why can't you the American go see your neighbors? Why don't they like you? Why are you such a piece of sh1t in your neighborhood?

Danger, let's say tomorrow your state, let's say you live in Texas, decides to separate from United States, a group of people gathers and creates an army. You can bet tomorrow that group of people is going to be called terrorists, yet from a Texan's point of view they will be their national army. The state you refering to wanted to separate. On this same subject, during World War 2 there was allied terrorists in France, Italy, all throughout Europe, including Soviet Union. Germans called those diversion groups or partisans terorrists. In Viet Nam were terrorists, viet cong would place bombs in caffees that US army soldiers would visit. Whatever war you name, there were always diversion groups, and they were always called terrorists.

However it was the era of television and mass media and Israel that gave the term a wide spread use. People didn't understand those terrorists that hijacked planes and held hostages and demanded stuff. Those diversionary groups had an objective, freedom of their land.

You by now could say that why not attack military targets, why target civilians. Good point. Targetting civilians gets public opinion to change in all the wrong ways, especially in the day of television. This is not to say that United States does not kill civilians overseas.

Presently the term terrorism is overused and if you think about it really well, it just means control and tighter regulations at home, war on terror builds a prison where pretty much anyone could be guilty. Be it an internal shadow government thing or a plan by foreigners, those so called 'terrorists' have succeded.

P.S. So that you know the Islamic terrorists, ISIS, Al Qaida, you name them, are all funded by Saudi Arabia and those in term by the United States. It goes to the order out chaos thingy. You create a problem, people react, you provide a convinient solution. Problem is it could all go runaway because people are not stupid. In conclussion I would not call those two dudes terrorists, if you do, be ready to call the KKK terrorists, the black panthers, the crips, the bloods, the viet cong, the iraqi army, the russians, the north koreans, and yourself as well if you thinking does not conform.

Let's put it this way, NATO, anyone that supports the west. It is this way because pretty much everyone around the globe agrees U.S. is the culprit of majority of wars. It's like America is playing the global cop, a lot of people don't like it. Prior to 9/11 America was a lot more stronger because it had more freedom inside itself. During Soviet era it was the country of many people's dreams, but then people saw what America is doing and start resisting.

My personal picture of America is the bill of rights, freedom of speech, freedom is the dominating word. Well you know what, I did not experience freedom in the United States, when I come back it was a breath of fresh air, Russia has freedom. You guys are afraid of a lot of things, slap a woman and go to jail, lol. A traffic stop in your country could turn deadly, you have to put your hands on steering wheel, and don't even think about getting your license from your pocket. We do it differently, I personally take my license, exit my car, and run to the cop car. I could also wait for him to come to me, and if I reach for licene in a glow box or my pants that is totally fine. During the olympics here a lot of westerners were surprised about the police, a lot of them said 'they are here but they don't intrude'. That's the thing, it's called innocent until proven guilty. In the U.S. you feel guilty and comply.

America wouldn't have to deal with islamic terrorism or in liberal and commie parlance "violent incidents (perpetrator and motive undisclosed)" if the government didn't bring muslims here. We are separated by over 8,000 miles and an ocean from the terrorist culture zone. We should use that separation to our advantage instead of inflicting a self-created problem.

The muslim advocacy groups knew about the event ahead of time. Notice instead of exercising their 1st amendment right to protest the event they completely stayed away. They probably had advance knowledge and involvement in the attack.

Yeah nothing to see here or worry about, move along, right comrade? The problem isn't just the FBI and gov having to constantly suppress terrorist attacks (along with freedom) with some attacks getting through. The problem is we are being colonized by the culture of violence, submission and conquest by our government's choice.

two men, wearing body armor and toting assault rifles, drove up to the conference, jumped out and opened fire on an unarmed security guard. Texas traffic policeman shot dead two suspected Islamist gunmen with his pistol
One local traffic cop with his pistol took out two body armored terrorist with assault rifles. That some darn good shooting  .

9/11 attack that's is major sh1t. Don't you think it was high level and high precision diversional operation? Who did it? Osama Bin Laden? That's some scary sh1t, they knew a lot about American security, starting with drills that simulated this event. Some shadow organization or country is behind it. Someone who can't fight America directly and uses organizations to attack America. Perhaps America itself did it. But that operation was perfect and high level special forces conducted it. Those fvcking buildings didn't collapse because of planes, jet fuel burns a lot cooler than melting point of steel. There was thermite in place and it was a demolition. Who the fvck did it?

The Beslan incident. Chechnia was practically a country before that incident. After it started 2nd Chechen compaign that totally destoryed opposition and place in new government with which people agree and support. Who the fvck did Beslan? It was a stupid move for Chechens, very stupid, and I don't think they are that stupid.

You gotta look at who profits the most.

Thing is after these attacks something changes, people support something more, and governments do things. For us, simple people, terrorist attacks are nothing to worry about, you have better chance being hit by lighting, worry about that.

I don't condone these guys' actions but I also don't believe in making mockery of people's believes. The same group of people would go nuts when their jesus is made fun of.

How about your cousin Michael Page? Was he a "terrorist" as well or just another useless white supremacist neighbor of yours? Oh wait, he was never labelled a "terrorist" because he only killed innocent Sikhs and the dumbo thought he was killing Muslims. Very pathetic.

Speaking of pathetic.....

Yes, I think that drawing cartoons of my favorite deity should be met with genocidal rage.

But then prognuts think anyone that is not as 'enlightened' as they are should be muzzled or done away with. It's part of the territory.

What I do is 'freedom of expression'. What you do is 'hate speech'.

Makes perfect sense mocha.

Don't be fooled. It's not judaism, Hinduism, Taoism or Islam amoka has a problem with it's just that one particular religion that represents to him a demographic he despises that he has a problem with.

He's not an atheist, he's an "internet atheist". A big difference.

Not just him but most all liberals. Isn't it telling that liberals and the media are attacking the organization and the woman heading it who organized the event cartoon-contest-organizer-known-for-inflammatory-rhetoric and defending muslims suppressing free speech by violence? But they all come against a Christian wedding service provider when some gay tries to make a mockery of that Christian's strongest held beliefs.

It's clearly come to the point that liberals' only real cause and motivation is to destroy whites and their culture at any cost. Muslims would be the biggest enemies for liberals if liberalism was really about anything other than anti-white and using any group as pawns to meet that end. Pattern recognition indeed.

Imam on live TV calls for the killing of event organizer muhammad-event-organizer-radical-imam-sound-off-on-shooting. Sharia law for non-muslims :cheer: . FBI has not contacted organizer about security :box: I still say the muslim advocacy groups told muslims to stay away from protesting the event because they had advance knowledge of or involvement in the attack.

Poking the Muslim bear is stupid as hell right now. I don't see the point in trolling and potentially costing innocent people their lives. Innocent people that had nothing to do with the trolling.

There are mature and meaningful ways to criticize Islam. Take some inspiration from AAyaan Hirsi Ali. She's a great speaker on the problems with modern Islam and the reformation needed within the religion. She actually discusses root causes and possible solutions.

That's a lot better than sillly cartoons only meant to piss off radicals. I support the first amendment...but dislike the idea of people dying because some idiots thought it was smart to troll extremists. What if someone uses bombs next time?

Americans don't need to get ****y and think this was some huge victory. We need to be mindful of other potential threats.

Gotcha.
I feel sorry for you that your reading comprehension skills are so poor. Allow me to repeat my previous post, which had nothing to do with Christianity.

When idiotic trolls deliberately seek to create anger amongst Muslims, in a modern world filled with violent extremists, the behavior of the trolls can lead to innocent people being killed. I for one would have been pissed off by the trolls and the extremists had any innocent people have been killed. Why? Because the purpose of these drawings is meant only to aggravate Muslims. Dont be fooled into thinking these people do it to celebrate free speech. They mainly do it in order to get a reaction out of people.

If these people instead wanted to have meaningful discussions about the problems in Islam, thats great. Thats what Ayaan Hirsi Ali does as a former Muslim. She has no problem criticizing the religion and making arguments against its present form, and how Islam needs a reformation. She does this despite her friend and colleague Theo Van Gogh having been murdered by extremists. She continues to speak out despite having to live a life of hiding and heightened security. Her and Van Gogh actually wanted to fix something and draw attention to real issues with real talks.

Their aim was to bring knowledge to the issues affecting Islam, and what can be done to fix it, if thats even possible. What Hirsi Ali doesnt do, is troll for the sake of trolling, knowing full well cartoons will piss off radical idiots. Ali actually is invested in, discussing the root causes of the problem, finding a solution and making the world a better place. Her speeches, panel discussions, documentaries, and books accomplish a whole lot more than idiots who draw cartoons in mocking fashion with no real goal in mind.

You should watch her videos. Shes a very smart and insightful woman.

Yep that's his screwed up logic, just acquiesce to muslims so they don't turn violent and kill you. Just give up your free speech and let muslims dictate what pc/muslim correct speech you may use. Why doesn't he say "Poking the police bear is stupid as hell..there's better ways..". It would be way more valid.

Aayaan Hirsi is a Somali woman advocating for a reformed Islam. Cartoons are political satire which has a long history. You and your muslim pets don't get to dictate how people choose to use free expression to criticize islam. Besides the AFDI organization doesn't just organize cartoon contests of mohammed. They criticize and oppose Islam in many ways. Muslims don't belong in the west period.

Aayaan Hirsi doesn't even agree with you it turns out. Again you just post sh!t that in reality doesn't even support your argument thinking no one will notice.

http://time.com/3846824/garland-texas-muhammad-jihad/
In other words, a distinction must be made between acts of the imagination such as cartoons, movies, books, and acts of violence such as mass shootings. The group that organized the Muhammad cartoon event, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, is using acts of imagination. In response, two men sought to use violence to try and silence them. There is no “but” in the First Amendment.

I am no cartoonist. But I do believe the Prophet Muhammad must be exposed to the same scrutiny applied to any religious figure—whether it be Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Buddha, or Joseph Smith. Applying scrutiny to the Prophet Muhammad is not an act of “hurting” Muslims or causing them “humiliation.” Instead, it can actually lead Islam to a better place—one where the imagination of every writer, artist, and citizen can run free, without fear of violent retribution.
