Slipknot - People = ****

its all you need
"Sic" and "Before I forget" is also good for primal rage. Other good bands.

- All That Remains
- As Blood Runs Black
- As I lay Dying
- Atreyu
- Disturbed
- In Flames
- Killswitch Engage
- Machine Head
- Metallica
- POD
- Rage Against the Machine
- Paparouch
- Rammstein
- Slipknot
- Limp Bizkit
- Breaking Benjamin

They all have motivational songs with positive themes. Which I really like also heavy riffs to bang your head to. I like all types of music but METAL is by far pump you up the most.

If you like techno reset you should check out some of Paul Oakenfold's stuff if you haven't already such as "Ready, Steady, Go" from the Collateral soundtrack.

Also "Limelight" by Kepi and Kat is a nice relaxing techno track that was in the videogame Perfect Dark Zero.

Kind of funny though.

I never pictured you as a fan of this sort of music.

Always pictured you loving stuff by Rise Against like I do lol.

Lol. Music is my passion, I'm all over the place. Oakenfold is cool. I was actually thinking of getting checking the collateral movie again. People love to hate tom cruise but he was hardcore in that one.

Collateral is all Michael Mann that's why it's so good. Shirley Temple could kick ass in a Michael Mann film.

Are any of you guys into the Crystal Method?

I have been looking for a guitar heavy song of theirs which IIRC was called "Midnight".
I like it so much, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
It's got such a fantastic beat and GROOVE to it, with heavy crunchy guitars..I swear I love that type of sound.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

I think I need to be rebaptized after listening to this. I think I may have unintentionally sold my soul after this went through my ears.

I downloaded Blessings Upon The Throne of Tyranny and The heretic hammer. Downloading the entire discography now . . .

This is the hardest sh!t I've ever listened to!
Hahaha! Dimmu is an incredible band. Very creative use of synths in their music to give it an extra dimension of eeriness/brutality. Although they do have some very beautiful songs as well in their earlier material. Songs I would suggest of theirs to really pump you up are:

The Chosen Legacy
Allehelgens Dod I Helveds Rike
Cataclysm Children
Maelstrom Mephisto
Indoctrination
Reptile
In Death's Embrace
Stormblast

I used to listen to all of the Evil Empire CD from Rage Against the Machine before soccer games in middle school/high school.

And for some reason, rap music always fires me up to play basketball. Before bball games I'd usually listen to 2pac, Jay-z, Nas, probably others in there as well. That Brush Your Shoulders Off song always makes me want to play basketball for some reason.
