Dunno why I said it 3 times I just felt like it!Anyways as obvious as this type sounds it works like gold, I just tried it.
Simply all you do is compile a playlist or make a Cd-r, by going through all your cds and mp3s and using all the songs that makes you happy / lifts your mood when you hear it (you are not aloud any songs about love in your playlist atall).
Now listen to that playlist in random order whenever your feeling down, havin a bad day or just having a bad bout of one-its. It will really lift your mood so much it may susprise you.
Make another playlist / Cd-r, but this time include all the songs with lyrics that really inspire you, and listen to it on days you feel like giving up at things, just when things start feeling really tough.
Now make a 3rd Playlist with and find as many tracks with sexual references or ones which are just freaky as ****, songs about making love / having sex etc ... play this before your about to go out on a date just to put you in the right frame of mind
