I recently got into an arguement with a friend about Muscle weighing more than fat. He was determined that muscle indeed did weight more than fat, and I was equally as determined that it didnt, muscle is just more dense.
So which arguement is correct? Mine or his? Ive read things on health sites etc that I am correct, but similarily there is crap out there supporting his arguement! So who knows?
I just recently got off the TeenBodyBuilding.com forum and ran a search about that and in every post it says "we all know muscle weighs more than fat...." grr, so confused
