if it seems to be all the rage, their marketing dept. is earning their keep.

it's just protein powder + extra calories. you can get better protein powder and the extra calories much cheaper. hit the archives to find suggestions, we've been over it many times before.

I am not a body builder or a big exercise person.

However--I have been riding my bike to work these days. It's about six miles.

If I don't eat enough breakfast I feel sick when I get to the office, so I like to have something with a lot of protein in it before I go. There's a grocery store right on the way there, and lately I've bought a Muscle Milk and a gatorade and drink both before I continue on my way.

I like it...it's filling and doesn't taste chalky. And I never feel sick after riding when I drink it. It is too expensive to keep doing this though. So I'm going to get a tub of powder and a blender and just make my own shakes before I leave in the morning.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
