Just browse the articles or search for "creatine", "protein", etc.

Hey Bud... if you think you put on 60lbs of "pure muscle" in 5 months.. (which i doubt).. how do you reinforce that this method is.. "not that bad if you use it right and safe".. to achieve results close to those which you have claimed.. the dosages of gear needed.. is neither "right" or "safe".
