Do you take them?

Do you think they're worth it?

Do you consider them as a partial substitute for certain foods?

Which one do you use?

I'll answer my own question first.

I take multivitamins about 5 days per week - usually when I'm eating something fatty because certain vitamins are better absorbed by fat.

One-a-day mens health formula. I don't take 7 days a week because I am worried about intake of too much of certain things.

I do use it as a substitute for certain foods sometimes, but I shouldn't.

I take 2-3 multivitamins a day, plus other pills - but that's me. A greater stress on the body through training and food intake equals a greater need for micronutrients.

I don't believe you can get everything from the diet these days, unless you grow all your own food.

ithero, take one each day.. don't shortchange your system.

I take one a day with the first thing I eat. I take the ones from Trader Joe's that have a sustained release.

Stop using centrum. Synthetic and pretty much worthless.

They really shouldn't be a substitute, partial or not, for any type of food.

Take ones that are not synthetic. Food based ones might also be better.

Try to stay away from ones with iron in them.

My bottle of MVs say specifically "Without Iron" - what's the whole deal with the iron thing anyway?

Yes

No not really but they cover gaps that my diet and nutrition lacks

I use NOW Foods ADAM Multi, one of the most respectable nutrition companies out there and it runs circles around most other mutli-vitamins

you can get it cheap at www.bodybuilding.com
