Hey guys,

I used to work out constantly a few months back, then stopped, and have just began working out once again, i used to be 160 pounds and 7 % body fat standing 5 8", but i lost a few pounds and gained body fat.

anyways.

So i have started working out 4 times a week, sometimes 5, but i have become a lil more agressive... Like more in your face, more ****y, more angry sometimes.

is this just because of the increase of testosterone due to working out?

would an increase of testosterone make me more agressive?

I kinda like it, and im getting used to it. but i just noticed a difference in my behavior.

what do you think?

Working out does give a boost to testosterones... depending on how much you work out that COULD be a contributer.

Are you taking anything while you work out?

Don't know really what's going on with you specifically, but from I could glean from your post, my intuition says what you're going through is primarily mental / placebo in nature. Not to deny there is some testosterone involved, but...

nope, i am going all natural. no muscle milk, not supplements, mixes or anything.

i do gotta tell you guys, it feels good, it just hit me today after week and a half of hittin the gym again. And I work at a bank, so its really helpin my job im just confident and convincing all sudden.

Im thinking it was a good idea to take a break and hit the gym hard.

I was told squats and bench boost your testosterone level and so i started hitting squats more often just last week. Possibly its true?

It just feels great!!!!

haha.

I did not mean that i am ready to woop someones ass, just that it was unussual aggressive feeling.

I used to be proper aggressive before I used to work out...working out calmed me down alot...strange i guess

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Yeah it's different for everyone.

Arnold Schwarzenegger said that when he worked out, it felt almost like an orgasm because of the rush it gave him.

Wouldn't THAT be cool :p

Lifting weights gives attitude. Could be testosterone increase, could be raise in confidence. Whatever, you seem to like it. Continue.

Honestly, I don't think you could be raising Testosterone levels so dramatically to produce aggression. Yes, you are raising T levels, but definitely not similar to exogenous Steroid levels. You also say you are all natural (Whey protein, protein supplements in general, and vitamin, amino acids, minerals, ARE ALL "Natural" so perhaps you are not understanding the term) which then means most definitely you can't be raising T levels to steroid like levels.
More likely you're getting a psychological boost. And an increase in confidence by lifting. The body does produce endorphins during exercise, and brain chemicals are different among people.
For some, they need exercise to stimulate healthier brain neirotransmitter levels, and endorphins, etc and they get it through stimulation from exercise.
Others are normal already, and boost it thhrouogh exercise as well.
Basically, pumping iron helps the body regulate itself optimally and produces optimal health conditions.

For those interested in raising T levels, you may want to investigate using ZMA.

I use it, and have seen positive results. And no side effects.
If you want to keep optimum T levels, (not exceedingly high, but not low) then try this.
I don't think I would advise a teen or preteen taking it. But defiitely any male over 30. And everyone , like myself, that lifts heavy and often, works a physical job , and trains Martial Arts. I swear by this stuff.

nah you're just a d!ck

at 5'7 160lbs it would be unwise to piss people off, regardless of how many boards youve broken with your head.
