I don't know much of anything about computers, so please bare with me.

I'm trying to get rid of the Internet Explorer and replace it with Mozilla Firefox. The problem is I get this message.

You don't have the appropriate Administrator privileges to this system. Do you want to continue?

I answer yes and it continues on with some questions. Then it tells me this:

Could not create folder: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\" Make sure you have access to create folder.

My question is:

How do get access to create a folder?

How do I get Administrative privileges to this system?

You have to log in as administrator. If you are the owner of your computer, log in as in administrator. To do it, press start then "sign off" (I hope that's the correct translation, I'm using the Dutch version) and then change user.

Either you have to log in with the administrator account (if said account exists on your PC, it doesn't on mine) or you have to login with an account that has administrative rights.
