Not trying to offend you, but you seem like the typical nerd, and I bet your trying to pick up the hotter popular chicks in your school, I mean obviously they wont feel atracted to you. Stop being such a nerd/wussy , work out, start making friends, hanging out, going to parties, just basicly making yourserlf a good reputation. Just have fun and be friendly/fun to be around, after that you will notce that girls will be more open to talk to you and you´ll have much more confidence and will hopefully have the balls to sarge on them b1tches.

Some quick advice for you. You need to get yourself in to the correct mindset.

Stop thinking that "I can't do it" because that's not confident or positive.

I'm going to give you a scenario...and you will act it out.

Scenario: You see a girl at the park or at a park....and she's sitting down listening to her CD player.

Your objectives:

Grab her attention

Have a brief and interesting 5 to 7 minute conversation

Get her email

I'll tell you what your problem is if you do this.
